WHERE WE'VE COME FROM

After many years of experience in the property market, Frankie Bell decided to open a new company and registered Frankie Bell’s Real Estate in 2004 as a company specializing and focused initially on the thriving Sandton corporate letting market.

Frankie is a legend in the Gauteng property market, and committed her energy, passion and flair to building a formidable business. Through the team built, many of whom are still a part of the business today, the business provided clients with the necessary experience, knowledge and skill to professionally guide them clients through the relevant processes to secure our clients property requirements.

Frankie strategically expanded the business through fantastic working relationships, selective staff appointments and long term personalized connections with property owners.

 

In 2011, the company embarked on property sales, to expand our services, with Frankies' son Robert and stepson Graeme taking these new initiatives forward.

In joining Frankie Bells Real Estate, I saw the opportunity to join and enhance a luxury real estate brand that has been providing the highest level of advice, guidance and service to clients for the better part of two decades.  The experience and knowledge gained in having facilitated thousands of rental deals, from corporate relocations on behalf of blue chip companies to private rentals for young professionals, as well as hundreds of property sales to homebuyers and property investors, has allowed Frankie Bells Real Estate to redefine professional services to the luxury real estate market and entrench itself in the Sandton property market and surrounds.  

 

It’s with this foundation in place that I have set about working with the incredible and dedicated team of administrators and unbelievably energetic and passionate broker team to drive Frankie Bells Real Estate to the next level; through the direct association with Only Realty Property Group; innovation around technology to create an amazing experience; aligning with Property Partners that will enhance the outcomes of each agreement for our clients, and creating an environment where the people, both clients and our team are more important than any transaction.  I am privileged to have joined and lead a boutique real estate business like Frankie Bells Real Estate and more importantly to work with the people that make the brand what it is, doing what I love most in the world every single day, working with people and property.  Through applying the principle of Kaizen or “change for the better”, we will continue to improve the experience for our clients, our team and our peers relentlessly in perpetuity.
